Our Pacific Oysters are sourced from Karuah, Port Stephens. Shucked on the half shell these fresh, juicy oysters are a bistro, or medium grade. Slightly larger and firmer than Sydney Rock Oysters, Pacific Oysters have a fresh, salty flavour that has been called truly addictive with more salinity, salt and minerals.
Your Pacific Oysters from Dawson's Oyster Supplies come shucked on the half shell and are packaged in a recyclable plastic tray. Price is for one dozen.
