Our Sydney Rock Oysters are sourced from Karuah in Port Stephens and are available in two sizes: Plate (larger) and Bistro (smaller). Choose them freshly shucked on the half shell or live (unopened) - whichever suits how you like to enjoy them.
Naturally high in protein and omega-3s, Sydney Rock Oysters are often considered a seafood superfood. They’re known for their plump texture and creamy taste.
You can eat them raw, smoked or cooked, but we’re biased and think their best moment is natural, topped with our Dawson’s Gourmet French Mignonette.
