REFUND POLICY

By purchasing any item from our website or in-store, with the exception of gift cards, you agree to the following Returns Policy. 

REFUNDS
We will not provide a refund where you have changed your mind about products purchased from us.

EXCHANGES
We will happily provide an exchange if there is an issue with quality or freshness of the product you have purchased from us provided that the product:

  • is returned to us with proof of purchase
  • is returned to us within 24 hours (for fresh, frozen or other perishables); or within 3 days (for condiments, gifts or other non-perishables)
  • is in its original condition; and
  • has not been used

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have made an error with the delivery or pick up date you have selected for your order when placing it online, please notify us directly as soon as possible.

We are unable to cancel or refund orders that are already packed or have been dispatched for delivery.

Please note: Any refunds for orders placed online are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased.

ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any items are damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

GIFT CARDS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
