A Legacy of Freshness
Dawson’s Oyster Supplies began as a family endeavour in 1964, spearheaded by the Dawson family. Initially, we supplied local restaurants with fresh oysters, and in 1980, we expanded to include a retail outlet in Warners Bay, serving our community directly. For decades, the Dawson family nurtured and enriched this local business.
In 2021, new local owners - Hannah, Thelma, and Louise - took the helm, infused with a deep-rooted passion for seafood and an extensive background in the commercial marine industry. Even as the ownership changed, the Dawson family remains integral to our day-to-day operations.

During October 2021, we seized the opportunity to transform our retail space. With immense effort and love from family and friends, we revitalized our retail shop, creating a welcoming, modern, and clutter-free environment for our cherished customers and dedicated staff.

Our journey of rejuvenation wouldn't be complete without a renewed identity. Our new logo, designed by local company Design Bug, symbolizes our blend of tradition and contemporary style, emphasizing our heritage as a family-owned business committed to trust and quality.
