Our Pacific Oysters come from Karuah in Port Stephens during the cooler months, and from Boomer Bay in Tasmania during the warmer months. They’re available in a Bistro (medium) grade, and either freshly shucked on the half shell or live (unopened).
Pacific Oysters have a fresh, salty flavour in comparison to the creaminess often used to describe Sydney Rock Oysters.
