One of the fastest, most powerful fish in the sea, Swordfish is an excellent source of heart-healthy, long-chain omega-3 fatty acids as well as vitamins and minerals such as selenium and potassium. It’s hard to beat a swordfish steak with its meaty texture and slightly sweet flavour that goes brilliantly with anchovies, capsicum, chilli, citrus, garlic, ginger, and all the sauces.
Swordfish can be cooked using most methods. It holds its shape well in curries and casseroles. We like ours grilled with Mediterranean style salad or as Souvlaki skewers - make sure to try out our recipe here.
Your Swordfish Steaks from Dawson's Oyster Supplies come boneless with the skin on. Priced per steak, each steak is a minimum of 250g.
