Live Sydney Rock Oysters from Port Stephens, are sold unopened, live in the shell. Full of vitamins and minerals, oysters can be eaten raw, smoked or cooked and are ideal with our range of Dawson’s Gourmet sauces and vinaigrettes.
These fresh, juicy oysters come in a plate (large) grade or bistro (medium) grade.
For optimal storage, cover your unopened live Sydney Rock Oysters with a damp cloth and store between 10°C – 15°C. Once shucked, refrigerate between 2°C- 4°C.
