Bistro Grade | Dozen
Our Pacific Oysters are sourced from Karuah, Port Stephens. Shucked on the half shell these fresh, juicy oysters are a bistro, or medium grade. Slightly larger and meatier than Sydney Rock Oysters, Pacific Oysters have a fresh, salty flavour in comparison to the creaminess often used to describe Sydney Rock Oysters.
For optimal storage, cover your unopened live oysters with a damp cloth and store between 5°C – 10°C. Once opened, refrigerate between 2°C - 5°C.
