Our Oyster Jars are filled with Sydney Rock Oyster meat in fresh water. Made up of the oyster meat that is nicked or torn during the shucking process, these ‘imperfect picks’ are never the less delicious and ideal for cooking with. Try grilling, battering termpura style, or add to your Dawson's Gourmet Chowder Base.
