Our Pacific Oysters are sourced from Karuah, Port Stephens. Shucked on the half shell these fresh, juicy oysters come in a medium or XL grade. Pacific Oysters have a fresh, salty flavour in comparison to the creaminess often used to describe Sydney Rock Oysters.
Your Pacific Oysters from Dawson's Oyster Supplies come shucked on the half shell and are packaged in a recyclable plastic tray. Medium grade are priced per dozen. XL are priced per half dozen.
