Our Pacific Oysters come from Karuah in Port Stephens during the cooler months, and from Boomer Bay in Tasmania during the warmer months. They’re available in a Bistro (medium) grade, and either freshly shucked on the half shell or live (unopened).
Pacific Oysters have a fresh, salty flavour in comparison to the creaminess often used to describe Sydney Rock Oysters.
Price is per dozen. We offer free home delivery across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie for orders over $50, six days a week. Place your order by 4pm for next-day delivery.
