N25 Kaluga Caviar is one of the most sought-after caviars in the world, produced from the Huso Dauricus sturgeon - also known as the “river beluga.” Only around 10% of harvested roe meets the grading standards required for N25 caviar, with each batch aged and packed under strict German quality control standards.
Sustainably farmed in China, this premium caviar features medium to large, firm pearls with a rich hazelnut-brown colour. A truly elegant flavour with many nuances and long after-taste of clean umami.
Harvested from one of the largest and oldest sturgeon species, the result is a refined caviar known for its clean finish, delicate texture, and depth of flavour.
