Endemic to New Zealand, they are heat treated in their own natural juices and then snap frozen to deliver maximum flavour deliciousness for your favourite seafood pasta or paella dish.
Easily identified by their colourful shells which can be white, green or brown to grey. Littleneck Clams have a high nutritional density and are high in vitamins and minerals. Steam, fry or grill them, they are salty and slightly chewy.
