These Moreton Bay Bugs from Ulladulla are wild caught and cooked ready for you to eat. The edible part of these crustaceans is the tail which has a medium, sweet rich flavour that is similar to a Moreton Bay Bug, and stronger than a Rock Lobster.
We love them on their own with butter and lemon or in fresh summer salads with citrus, herbs, garlic and ginger flavours.
