Ling fish are well known for their firm white flesh that holds its shape well in most cooking methods. Ling has a mild flavour with a low oiliness but is also moist and makes the ideal choice for fish cakes, curries and seafood chowder. Flavour-wise ling is perfect with butter, chilli, citrus, garlic, green herbs and olive oil.

Our ling is wild caught from New Zealand. 

Your Ling Fillets from Dawson's Oyster Supplies come skinless and boneless. Priced per fillet, each fillet is a minimum of 200g.
