Australian Orange Roughy is also known as Deep Sea Perch or Red Roughy. Our fillets are boneless, moist with a firm texture and a mild, sweet delicate flavour that is ideal for wintery fish dishes. The large, flaked meat holds together well when cooked so it’s perfect to bake using flavours such as garlic, butter, smoked paprika, or lime and lemon, and its great in chowder, curries and risottos.
