Ocean Trout are noted for high levels of vitamin B and have a delicate flavour, low-medium oiliness, and moist, soft texture. Trout Can be cooked using most methods including raw as sashimi. Also popular smoked but we like ours pan fried to get that crispy skin with simple flavours such as butter and citrus.
Your Trout Fillets from Dawson's Oyster Supplies will come de-boned, with the skin on. Priced per fillet, each fillet is a minimum of 200g.
