Our fresh, sashimi-grade Atlantic Salmon is sourced from Huon Aquaculture in Tasmania and has met strict criteria to be classified as "ready to eat raw". Supplied skin-on and boneless, it is rich in omega-3 fatty acids with a mild flavour and firm texture that makes it incredibly versatile. Enjoy it as sashimi, cure it into gravlax, or use it for smoking, baking, or pan-frying.

Your Atlantic Salmon Fillets from Dawson's Oyster Supplies will come de-boned, with the skin on. Priced per fillet, each fillet is a minimum of 200g.
