Our Whole Mullet is wild caught in Tuggerah Lake. Known for its strong flavour, mullet is oily, moist and juicy with a soft medium flesh. Ideal when paired with other strong flavours, it is excellent smoked, baked, in a casserole, poached, or steamed.
Your Whole Mullet from Dawson's Oyster Supplies will come whole, ungutted, with the scales on. Priced per fish, each fish is a minimum of 400g.
