Our wild caught Tuna from Ulladulla on the south coast of NSW has a medium flavour and oiliness with a moist flesh. Very versatile and a great meat substitute, we stock both Bluefin and Yellowfin Tuna - please call the shop to ask which variety we are stocking today.
Tuna can be poached, pan-fried, stir-fried, baked, braised, grilled, barbequed, smoked and even used in sashimi. Yummy as a curry too or cubed for kebabs!
Your Tuna Steaks from Dawson's Oyster Supplies are boneless and skinless. Priced per steak, each steak is a minimum of 250g.
