Harvested sustainably, quality is guaranteed and with a delicate, moist flesh that has a sweet and nutty flavour, it’s an ideal addition to your freezer. Our 500g packs contain 4 to 6 portions.
To cook, you can either thaw in the bag, then remove raw meat and add directly to the dish while cooking, heating through until the flesh turns white, or alternatively, defrost and add bag to a pan of boiling water. Turn down heat and simmer for 4-6 minutes until cooked.
